The World Association of Community Radio Broadcasters (AMARC), in partnership with the UNESCO Rabat Office, organized a national conference on the theme “Community Media and the Arab Spring”. The event gathered more than 60 freedom of expression activists and community radio stakeholders from Tunisia and around the world. The staff of the Radio of Mines in Gafsa benefited from several training sessions and mentoring that will follow the conference. The topics covered during the training and mentoring are the radio production, production of gender-sensitive radio content and community radio management and sustainability.
